Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with an exchange or store credit.
What We Accept We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free of stains, perfume, or damage
What We Offer All eligible returns are processed as an exchange or store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Where possible, we will generate a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience — the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit or exchange value.
How to Start a Return Contact us at celiaandsage@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Our Right to Refuse Celia & Sage Boutique reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions. Items returned in a condition that differs from their original state — including signs of wear, washing, missing tags, or damage — will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
